How to order your handmade wedding Invites & Stationery

How it Works
1. Add to Basket
Add all the items you want to the basket. You'll be able to see the cost, and the total, so there's no need to wait for a quote.
You'll get an idea of current processing times on the website. It's usually quicker than 6 weeks, especially if you can review your proofs relatively quickly.
(If you've already booked with me then don't forget to add your discount code to deduct the booking fee from your total).
2. Give me your details
Once you've made payment, you'll receive an email from within 24 hours to request your wedding details (and confirm your colour choices if you're choosing a Semi Custom design).
It's a quick online form but please have your details ready to speed thing up: venu details, menu choices, guest names and/or address, and anything else you might need. Please note that this info needs to be in a digital format (word, pages, excel, etc) and not in an email or screenshot.
3. Proofs
Within 5 working days of receiving your info I'll send you the first version of the digital proofs. You'll then have up to 2 further rounds to confirm that you are happy with the wording and contents.
I don't 'chase' for feedback on your proofs, so please be aware that you may be slowing down the whole process if you don't confirm in a timely manner. I can't be responsible for subsequent missed deadlines.
Please proof read your stationery very carefully, and I'd recommend find a fresh set of eyes to help you.
4. Creation & Delivery
Once you have approved your proofs, I'll start to create you stationery (which can take up to 4 weeks).
You'll get and update as to when you can expect delivery. Once finished you'll receive the tracking details.
